Protected credentials
API credentials are encrypted before storage and are never returned to the browser.
Restricted staff access
Access is limited to staff who need it to operate the service and support customers.
Stripe handles card data
Card numbers go directly to Stripe and are never stored on Text Blast Pro servers.
Your data stays portable
Customers can export account data and request deletion of the account.
No sale of personal data
We do not sell personal information or share mobile opt-in data for third-party marketing.
Account data
A clear lifecycle for the information you put in.
- While the account is open
Lists, messages, leads and account information are kept to provide the platform.
- After cancellation
Account data is kept for a limited period for export or reactivation, then deleted.
- Opt-out records
Suppression records are kept so a number that opted out is not contacted again.
Shared responsibility
Controls help. They do not replace lawful outreach.
Text Blast Pro handles carrier registration, quiet hours, pacing and account-wide suppression. You remain responsible for who is on your list, your lawful basis to contact them and the messages you send.
