This policy explains what Text Blast Pro collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers both our customers — the businesses using the platform — and the people they contact through it.
Two different roles
It matters which one applies to you.
- When you use Text Blast Pro as a customer, we are the controller of your account data.
- When one of our customers texts you, they decide who to contact and what to say. They are the controller of that data; we process it on their behalf. If you want your data removed from their list, replying STOP stops the messages immediately, and you can also contact them directly.
What we collect
From customers. Name, business name, email address, phone number, billing details, and the content of your account — the lists you upload, the campaigns you write, the messages you send and receive, and your notes on leads.
From contacts. The information our customer uploads about you, typically name, phone number, and property address, together with the messages exchanged and their delivery status.
Automatically. Log data such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used for security, fraud prevention, and diagnosing faults.
Optional website analytics
On the public marketing website, we use Google Analytics only if you accept analytics. It helps us understand page visits, signup-link clicks and successful form submissions. Our custom analytics events do not include your name, email, phone number, message text, order reference or targeting brief. The page addresses we send exclude query strings. Google may process device and interaction information as part of providing analytics.
You can reject analytics and still use the website, or change your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer. We remember the preference in your browser for up to 180 days. Rejecting or withdrawing consent prevents further analytics collection through our integration and removes its first-party Google Analytics cookies. A browser Global Privacy Control signal also keeps analytics off. Advertising storage and advertising personalization are not enabled by this integration.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We keep a record of your plan, invoices, and the last four digits of the card for display.
How we use information
To provide the platform, deliver and receive messages, register your numbers with carriers, bill you, provide support, meet legal obligations, and to detect and prevent abuse of the messaging network.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who make the platform work: our messaging provider for sending and receiving texts, Stripe for payments, our hosting and database providers, and our email provider for account notifications. With your website analytics permission, Google also processes the analytics information described above. Each may access only what their function requires.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is open. After cancellation we keep it for a limited period so you can export or reactivate, then delete it. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely — that is how we make sure a number that has opted out is never texted again.
Your choices
Recipients may reply STOP at any time to stop all messages. Customers can export or delete account data from within the app, and may ask us to delete their account entirely.
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Email us and we will honour those rights where they apply.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. API credentials are encrypted before storage and are never returned to the browser. Access is restricted to staff who need it to operate the service.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you.
Children
Text Blast Pro is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We will update this page when the policy changes and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email.
